Joshua Abram focuses his practice in corporate finance and securities and environmental law. He also practices in the area of lender and borrower representation.
From January to May 2013, Mr. Abram served as a legal extern for the Federal Public Defenders Office in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was a summer associate with Bryan Cave in the New York office from June to July 2012. From September 2010 to May 2013, Mr. Abram was also an investigator at the Duke Law Innocence Project.
Mr. Abram came to Bryan Cave from Duke Law School where he received his J.D., cum laude, in 2013. He received his A.B. from Harvard University in 2010. While at Harvard, Mr. Abram was the founding vice president of the Harvard Undergraduate Legal Aid Volunteers. Mr. Abram also studied at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in Venice, Italy from June 2008 to July 2008.
