Caitlin Hartsell focuses her practice on transactional and corporate finance issues of private and public companies. She has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, securities offerings, corporate governance matters, commercial transactions, and fraud and abuse issues. Ms. Hartsell counsels companies in a wide range of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, insurance, and financial services.
During law school, Ms. Hartsell was an Articles Editor for the Washington University Law Review. She was a member of the third place team at the 2013 Health Law Regulatory and Compliance competition hosted by the University of Maryland School of Law. Previously, Ms. Hartsell was a research assistant at the Show-Me Institute and interned at the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
In addition to her law degree, Ms. Hartsell has a master’s degree in public health.
